How to Blacklist an Email Address

To blacklist an email address in a dashboard, you can block emails from specific senders by using the Filters feature. This guide explores steps to blacklist an email address. 

## Steps to blacklist an email address:

Navigate to the Email Section:

- In the dashboard, scroll down to the "Email" section.

Click on "Filters":

- Click on "Filters" located under the Email section.

Click on “Blocked”:

- Click on the “Blocked” icon.

Add “Filter”:

- Enter the email address you want to block (e.g., spamuser@example.com).

- Click "ADD" to block the email address.

Once a person is blocked, he/she will no longer send you an email to your mailbox.
