How to Edit Storage Space of a Mailbox

A mailbox usually has a storage limit or quota, which defines how much email data it can store. The size of your mailbox can be adjusted (increased or decreased). Follow this guide to edit storage space of your mailbox.

## Steps to Edit Storage Space of a Mailbox

Navigate to Mail Accounts:

- In the Mail section, click on MAILBOXES.

Select the Mailbox:

- Locate the mailbox account you want to change and click on “three dots” located on the right side.

- Click Edit a Storage Space when a menu pops up.

Edit the Quota:

- You should see an option to modify the mailbox quota or storage limit. Enter the new value or set it to Unlimited.

Save Changes:

Click UPDATE SIZE to save your changes.
