How to Delete a Mailbox

Deleting a mailbox account will permanently delete the mailbox and all the emails inside it. If you want to keep any emails, be sure to back them up or move them to another mailbox before deleting them.

To delete a mailbox (email account) in a web hosting panel, follow these steps:

## Steps to Delete a Mailbox:

Navigate to the Email Section:

- Once logged in, scroll down to the "Email" section of the dashboard.

Find the Mailbox to Delete:

- In the Email section, you'll see a list of all the mailbox accounts that have been created.

- Find the email account you want to delete and click it.

Delete the Mailbox:

- Next to the mailbox you want to delete, there should be a "three dots" or option.

- Right-click on the “three dots" and then click “Delete Account”.

The email account will be deleted immediately, and you will no longer be able to access it via Webmail or email clients.
